London, May 21 (IANS) Scottish singer Susan Boyle has been approached for a role in the hit US show “Glee”.
Ryan Murphy, co-creator of the show, said he’d love Boyle to appear as a dinner lady for a festive special. “Susan, I have two words for you: ‘Lunch. Lady’,” thesun.co.uk quoted him as saying.
“I think Kurt Hummel (character played by Chris Colfer in the show) would just die to give her a Christmas makeover. I don’t even know if she’s interested, but it’s been pitched,” he added.
The show, which won a Golden Globe for Best TV Series in its first season, has attracted an international following with fans including Michelle Obama and Madonna.
