Susan Boyle may not perform at all Britain’s Got Talent gigsJune 10th, 2009 - 1:00 pm ICT by ANI
London, June 10 (ANI): Britain’s Got Talent runner-up Susan Boyle may not perform at all the show’s concerts beginning in Birmingham on June 12.
The singing sensation, who had sparked health concerns during her four-day stint at a rehab clinic after suffering exhaustion, was said to have begun rehearsals ahead of the tour.
But, the 48-year-old may not star on the opening night of the 23-date nationwide tour as organisers and music bosses wanted to be sure the songbird was fit to perform.
“Everything depends on Susan and how she feels. We have made it clear that we are in her hands and we just want to make sure that she is fit and well,” The Sun quoted an insider as saying.
“At the moment it looks like Susan will join the rest of the BGT finalists on stage on some of the dates, but she won’t do the entire tour. The details are still being worked out.
“Susan is most excited about starting work on her album and we have a responsibility to make sure she is cared for and is happy and well,” the inside added. (ANI)
