Susan Boyle dismisses meltdown reports
November 27th, 2009 - 4:15 pm ICT by ANILondon, Nov 27 (ANI): Scottish singer Susan Boyle has denied reports that she is on the verge of another breakdown.
Boyle, 48, who had broken down in tears at the end of a gig in New York, angrily hit out at the reports.
“They’re completely untrue,” the Daily Star quoted her spokesman as saying.
“Susan was overjoyed and extremely touched by a gift she had just received and the reception from her fans,” he added.
The gift was a quilt designed and made by more than 100 Boyle fans from 29 countries including Britain, the US, Canada, Japan and Australia. (ANI)
