Superstar Rajnikanth To Meet Big B

August 14, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Superstar Rajnikanth will be visiting Mumbai after 15 long years for the music release of his upcoming movie Robot. The Tamil audio was launched in Kuala Lumpur a couple of weeks ago, which happened to be a grand affair. Recently, the Telugu version The Robot too was launched at Hyderabad as superstars Chiranjeevi and Mohan Babu released the album.
Tonight, Rajnikanth will be flying down to Mumbai along with A.R. Rahman and Shankar for musical release. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be present for the occasion as she will be the highlighting trait of Hindi version.
Shankar had previously made his direct Hindi film Nayak with Anil Kapoor and Rani Mukherji in lead roles. It’s worth mentioning that Shahrukh Khan was supposed to produce and act in Shankar’s Robot and the project was dropped on the spur of the moment, due to difference of opinions.
The music release of Robot will take place at Hotel Marriot and Rajnikanth is expected to meet Amitabh Bachchan tonight.
Rajnikanth plays the dual role of a scientist and Robot while Aishwarya Rai Bachchan performs the role of a college student Sana.
