However, she did not take much time to claim her own fan followings and at times, they even include celebrities like the young and beautiful Taylor Swift. The latter confessed that she is a big fan of Nicki Minaj in an interview that was conducted by the 107.5 FM, The River radio station in Nashville. Surprisingly, when she was asked to sing one of her favorite numbers by Nicki Minaj, she confidently rapped and grooved the audiences with “Super Bass”.

“Super Bass” is a single from Nicki Minaj’s very first album, “Pink Friday”, that became one of the biggest hits last year. The song that Taylor Swift sang, is still at position 3 on the Billboard 200 chart. With Taylor Swift singing this song, all of a sudden it reached the height of more popularity. Many sources are under the impression that it gave free endorsement and a stronger footage to the new rapper Nicki Minaj, as the actress made her songs widely known to several other audiences through the radio show. Sources say that Taylor Swift sang the song just the way the original singer did, and she surprised all her fans with her rapping skills which were rather unknown to all of them all these days.

Taylor Swift said that this is one song by Nicki Minaj that she is especially fond of. She listens to it several times, and also asks her friends to do the same. She also added that she has heard “Super Bass” so many times that she can fluently recite each and every lyric of the song and can rap to it in the right way. Although she specializes in country music, “Super Bass” is in her fingertip.
