Sun Pictures acquires ‘Vettaikaaran’

Certainly, it’s going to be more of excitements for the actor and his fans as well. With his previous films: “Kuruvi’ and “Villu’ not doing so well at the box-office, Vijay had mounted all his hopes on his upcoming “Vettaikaaran’ produced by AVM Productions.
But now, there’s nothing to worry, as Sun Pictures gets into the picture by acquiring the rights of the film. According to the closer sources, Hansraj Saxena of Sun Pictures had signed the deal with AVM Productions over acquiring the film’s release rights.
With 90 percent of the shooting completed, director Babu Sivan has confirmed the film’s release for Diwali. The film has voluptuous Anushka starring opposite Vijay in female lead.
