Sun Pictures acquires Ameer’s ‘Yogi’

After acquiring the rights over Vijay’s “Vettaikaran’, Dhanush starrer “Kutty’, Sun Pictures has signed the deal for Ameer’s “Yogi’. Ameer himself produces the film, under the banner of Team Work Productions and his close associate Subramaniam Siva has directed it.
Recently, during the audio launch of “Yogi’, Hansraj Saxena of Sun Pictures had openly addressed the media networks that they’ve got the rights of this film.
Sources say that earlier Ameer had plans about selling the satellite rights to Kalainyar channel. But later, he changed his mind, with a close friend advising him to sign the deal with Sun Network as they would promote the film better.
“Yogi’ features Ameer, Madhumitha and Lyric writer Snegan in lead roles, while Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored music.
