Steven Tyler tries to kiss Carrie Underwood at CMA stage

Los Angeles, Apr 4 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Rocker Steven Tyler tried to kiss Carrie Underwood when they both were performing on stage at the Country Music Awards. However the newly married Carrie wasn’t interested in a smooch with the rocker and she stepped away just in the nick of time to avoid the kiss.
During their duet performance on the stage of ‘Walk This Way’ Steven Tyler inched closer to Carrie while singing “gimme little kiss, like this” so that he could plant a kiss, however Carrie had already sensed that this was in the pipeline, so she expertly moved away. Sadly Steven had to be content with just some air-kisses.
Carrie knew that it was a hard task to match up to the rocker not only in the musical sense but also in his signature style. She however attempted to pay tribute to the rocker’s sense of style by appending a scarf to her microphone.
Apart from Steven Tyler and Carrie’s duet performance, there was another duet in the form of Jennifer Nettles and Rihanna. They sang the very soulful ‘California King Bed’ and the audience had goose bumps on their performance.
