New York, Dec 4 (IANS) Academy Award-winning director Steven Soderbergh is planning to “wind down” his movie making, because he needs a “career-change”.
The “Erin Brockovich” director admits he’s become disillusioned with the film industry and is weighing up his options, because he doesn’t find big screen projects fulfilling any more, reports buzzhollywood.com.

The 46-year-old, whose credits also include “Sex, Lies, and Videotape” and “Ocean’s Eleven”, has not ruled out returning after taking a break, but is seriously considering leaving Hollywood behind for good.

“I feel the need to recalibrate, just step away. (I’m) winding down, it’s time for a change. I’ll go away and come back with a different approach - or I won’t. Maybe a change of career,” he said.
