Steve Carell to quit ‘The Office’?

New York, Apr 29 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Steve Carell star of ‘The Office’ may soon quit the show after the next season. He also told the BBC that his contract with NBC would expire at the end of the season, and he is not keen to renew the contract. He said that this season would probably be his last season at the show. Steve Carell portrays the character of boss Michael Scott in the show. He has even won a Golden Globe and an Emmy Award for this show.
Steve Carell has also acted in the movies including Anchorman, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Little Miss Sunshine, Evan Almighty, Dan in Real Life, Get Smart, and Date Night. He has also provided voice-overs in many animated films such as Over the Hedge, Horton Hears a Who!, and Despicable Me.
Steven John “Steve” Carell was born on the 16th of August 1962. He is a well-known American actor, comedian, producer and writer. He gained name and fame when he became a correspondent for ‘The Daily Show with Jon Stewart’ during the time period 1999 to 2004. In 2005, he gained critical acclaim for his portrayal of Michael Scott in the show ‘The Office’.
