Stephen Gately’s will goes ‘missing’
October 29th, 2009 - 3:09 pm ICT by ANILondon, October 29 (ANI): The will of late Boyzone star Stephen Gately has reportedly gone missing just hours before it was due to be read before his family.
The singer’s husband Andrew Cowles was allegedly told the key to Gately’s 7.2-million-pound fortune was safe with a London-based company of solicitors.
But Cowles was said to have no idea who has the signed copy of the star’s last wishes, reports the Mirror.
A source close to Cowles told the Irish Mirror “It really is panic stations. They can’t locate Stephen’s will anywhere.
“The problem is, (Cowles) has no idea which firm holds the will, and nobody from the firm has got in touch with him to say they have it.
“Everything is up in the air now.” (ANI)
