Stephen Gately’s death confirmed natural
January 22nd, 2010 - 2:57 pm ICT by ANILondon, January 22 (ANI): Boyzone star Stephen Gately’s death has been confirmed to have occurred due to natural causes.
Judge Carmen Abrines dismissed any suggestions of violence.
“The death was due to natural causes. There were no sign of violence,” the Sun quoted her as saying.
Also, a pathologist dismissed reports that the death occurred due to heavy drinking or smoking cannabis.
An autopsy report suggested that Stephen suffered from an undiagnosed heart condition, which thickened his arteries and caused a cardiac arrest.
The singer had passed away at his holiday home in Port d’Andratx, Majorca last year. (ANI)
