brantseymour2 September 21, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Stephanie Seymour and her multi millionaire husband Peter Brant decided to end their bitter arguments and litigations against each other by deciding to give their marriage another try.

The supermodel along with her husband Brant visited a Connecticut court today in order to withdraw their divorce petition. A representative speaking on their behalf revealed that they have reconciled their differences and request the public to respect their privacy.

Judge Linda Monroe, has, apparently asked the couple not to come back and hopes never to see them again. She also said that she wished they had arrived at this decision six months before. It is actually quite fun growing old together, she concluded.

The reconciliation took place just before the divorce proceedings were about to start in a Middletown court on Monday.

Seymour, the 42 year old super model achieved fame when she appeared in a campaign for ‘Victoria’s Secret’ on the cover of Sports Illustrated. She also made news when she went around with the rocker, Axl Rose and was seen in a couple of Guns N’ Roses music videos. However, all these took place before she met the publisher baron, Peter Brant.

Brant is the publisher of Interview and Art in America. He is also known to keep a stable of race horses. The couple have been married for 15 years and have three children together.

Their friends have apparently been stunned by the recent turn of events as Brant had gone public declaring that he would not take Seymour back under any circumstances.

However, there was a lot at stake. The couple owns three houses together and Brant alone is worth $500 million. The custody of their three children Peter Jr.,16, Harry who is 14, and Lily, the baby of the family at 5 were also to be considered.
