Star One Ready To Launch A Couple Of Shows Next Month

August 16, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): After the release of the show “Mano Ya Na Mano’ and “Pyar Ki Ye Ek Kahani’, Star One is getting ready for two more shows this September. One of the shows is by Sphere Origins uncertainly entitled “Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar’, the other show is not yet named.
As per a source, it is a story based on the life of a girl whose tale matches with that of Priyanka Gandhi. She is also a daughter of a politician, however she wants to be an architect but after her dad’s death, his political responsibilities fall on her.
According to the source, again this is produced by well-known Marathi producer-director Sanjay Surkar. Actually he already has a Marathi movie, which is based on the similar subject. The film has actually gone ahead and won a National Award. The focal point of the story is going to be that of a girl who’s searching for her identity.
It seems that the channel Star One is moving a little away from its youth-centric image and is coming up with a little more mature subject. The untitled show will have a totally new cast.
As for the show “Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar’, it was previously called “Hote Hote Pyar Ho Gaya’. The cast here is also absolutely new and has been more or less finalized for the same.
The story is about an Agra girl who is on the hunt of her first love but fate has other plans for her as she finds someone else instead.
