ryan Mar 10 (Pen Men at Work): Los Angeles based Uzomah, on whom the unpleasant accusation of pestering Ryan Seacrest has been laid, has pleaded no contest on Tuesday. 25-year-old Chidi Uzomah Jr. was declared culpable of battering a security guard who was appointed to shield Seacrest at an Orange County happening the previous year. Ryan Seacrest is the anchor of the renowned reality show, ‘American Idol’. The allegation of stalking Seacrest has been leveled against Chidi Uzomah.

According to a report, Uzomah, who, on Tuesday, pleaded no contest to one count of felony i.e. stalking, was sent to a penitentiary to undergo a 90-day psychiatric and psychological evaluation. Supposedly, he is due to be back in the Los Angeles Superior Court for listening to his sentencing on June 14th.

Uzomah, reportedly, was detained on October 30th in the previous year at the E! Headquarters in the Miracle Mile zone. According to the LA police’s Detective Rosibel Smith, who is associated with the LAPD’s threat management division, Uzomah was equipped with a pocket knife at the time.

In a pronouncement that was issued back in November 2009 to achieve a preventive order against the gigantic Uzomah, Seacrest wrote down that Uzoma’s belligerent and sadistic efforts to come into bodily contact with him were tremendously frightening for him. The height of Uzomah is 6 feet 4 inches and his weight is a humungous 200 pounds.

Supposedly, in exchange for Uzomah’s no-contest plea, prosecutors will be eliminating two counts of misdemeanor against him of contravening the command of the court. But Chidi Uzomah Jr. faces up to two years in a penal complex at least.
