The popular actress who gained worldwide fame with the Disney franchise has tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend producer Sean Covel in a private ceremony. The news of the marital nuptials of the 22-year-old actress, which has been confirmed to the media by one of her representative, has come as a pleasant surprise to all her fans.

According to the representative, Alexa Vega exchanged vows with the love of her life in a ceremony that was held on Sunday at Homestake Opera House in Lead, South Dakota. Sources have revealed that the ceremony turned out to be a private affair which was attended by the family members as well as close friends of the celebrity couple. At the same time, the “Spy Kids” star’s representative also went on to say that during the ceremony, Alexa Vega adorned a spectacular Ian Stuart gown that made her look all the more gorgeous. It has been reported that as the 22-year-old exchanged vows with the Napoleon Dynamite producer, 34, Austin Butler was the honorary ring bearer while actress Camilla Belle played the role of the bridesmaid.

While talking about marrying at such a young age, Alexa Vega had divulged in a recent interview that as her mother had tied the knot when she was eighteen and started having kids at 20, she had always presumed that even she would be doing the same thing. However, being a bit career-minded things transpired for her differently but the “Chicago Hope” star expressed happiness that everything in her life is going the way she wanted it to.
