Everyone wants to be fashionably turned out in this century and fashion is not to be limited to only the Bollywood stars in India. For example new age cricketer Robin Uthappa is perhaps the most fashion conscious player in the Indian dressing room these days. He swears by the creations of Raghavendra Rathore and says that a comfortable garment always helps him to keep up the attitude. The cricketer has also walked the ramp on many occasions.

And for those who think that fashion is constricted to only cricket when it comes to sports, think again. Indian swimming champion Rehan Poncha loves being fashionably fit. Though he loves his old pair of jeans and track pants in daily life, he always chooses a designer outfit when it comes to attending parties and formal functions. Though Ermenegildo Zegna and Ralph Lauren are the brands that he says he is most comfortable in, Rehan Poncha also likes Rajesh Pratap’s clothes if he has to pick up an Indian attire.

Among the female brigade, that is apart from Sania Mirza, who always catches the eye for the clothes she wears, there is badminton player Trupti Murugunde. The girl says that she loves Indian designers Rohit Bal and Manish Malhotra and also tries out J J Vallaya creations when she has to choose the western look. In a statement to the media, Trupti Murugunde has said that she loves fashion so much that she would have been a fashion designer if she was not a badminton player! Like sports is fashionable, players too like to remain that way.
