London, Jan 10 (ANI): Actor and comedian John Cleese and his third wife are on the verge of ending their marriage of 19 years, say reports.
A pal of the couple said that the Cleese and Alyce Faye Eichelberger Cleese, an American-born psychotherapist, had decided that their relationship was at an end, but that there was no one else involved in the decision to separate.
The split comes after the comedian is understood to have become melancholy in recent months following sad demises of several close friends.
“They just have felt that the relationship is not going to continue and I think they are very sad but fairly resolved about it, The Telegraph quoted the pal, as saying.
The couple both have children from previous marriages, but they had no children together. (ANI)
