London, Sep 20 (IANS) Britney Spears and her boyfriend Jason Trawick tried to do a “Bonnie and Clyde” impersonation for her latest pop promo.
They took inspiration from the classic 1967 movie that starred Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty for the singer’s latest pop promo, reports thesun.co.uk. They were shooting the video for the aptly-titled clip “Criminal in Dalston”. It sees Spears and a violent lover embark on a crime spree.
And the singer has been looking forward to filming in the capital.
“So excited to stop over in the UK before I start my European tour in a few weeks. Can’t wait! I LOVE London, it’s like my second home. Decided to shoot the Criminal video in the streets of merry old England when I get there,” Spears tweeted.
Spears, who recently completed a 39-date tour of the US, is set to head to Russia later this week to begin the European leg of the Femme Fatale trek.
She has been dating Trawick, who was originally the star’s agent, for over two years now.
