Nov. 5, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The ‘South Park’ series did a take on bikers in its most recent episodes, trying to send a hard-core message to the viewers. The show starts with the Harley Davidson festival coming to South park, which causes the boys to declare war on them and there noisy bikes. Cartman, with the other gang members start coming down with the F(fag) word and the episode comes to full swing. The heroes of the show, try to get the meaning of the “F-Word” changed officially. The episode aired on November 4, with the reruns scheduled through out this week.
The episode itself was titled ‘The F-word’ which actually meant ‘fag’, in the sense of the loud, noisy, air polluting bikers and was not aimed towards the LGBT. These bikers become Trey and Matt’s target on the show when the duo decided that they will together break the taboo of the word ‘fag’.
The best part of the show was when Cartman leaves ‘KFC-fueled deuces’ with small flags that read, ‘you’re fags’, on the seats of the bikes. Some of the better parts of the show included the boys trying to explain to the city council, what was the difference between the fag that symbolizes a gay and just the word ‘fag’ in the sense that they used. When the bikers were shown trying to find out the different meaning of the word ‘faggot’, it raised quite a few laughs. A political rival, who chastised the South Park boys, unknowingly irritated the Harley bikers, and this only helped in raising the show’s ratings.
