London, April 14 (ANI): Rapper Snoop Dogg wants golfer Tiger Woods to make up with his wife Elin Nordegren after the recent sex scandal rocked the family.

The 38-year-year old rapper knows what a family goes through when it is being torn apart. He separated from his wife of sever years, Shante Taylor, after filing for a divorce in 2004, reports The Daily Star.

Dogg then got back with his wife by renewing their wedding vows in 2008.

However, the rapper had earlier admitted that he was cheating on his wife.

Dogg is now backing Woods after the golfer’s extra-marital relationships surfaced.

He thinks that the whole issue has been blown out of proportion and has urged the golfer to reconcile with Nordegren.

“You know, that’s a proximal issue with him and his wife. And I feel like it’s been blown out of proportion because he was looked at as somebody who was perfect. But at the same time, nobody is perfect and everybody makes mistakes. So let’s let him get his life back with his wife and move on,” Dogg told U.S. chat show host Larry King.

“I think he’s going to do real good in life, you know, just getting his life back right and understanding what’s important, because sometimes it takes a negative situation like that for you to really turn it into a positive. It’s beautiful. We’ve been on the right track. Really, we don’t look back no more. We’re all about moving ahead. It was hard for me, because I realised that’s where I wanted to be and where I needed to be. So I had to get my mind that right and focus on what was important to me,” the rapper added. (ANI)
