Slipknot Holds Press Conference To Remember Paul Gray

Des Moines, Iowa, May 26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The members of the heavy metal band, Slipknot, called a press conference following the death of the bassist of the band, Paul Gray. The celebrated band members appeared in the press conference in order to confirm the news of the death of Paul Gray. Paul Gray was found dead on Monday at the Town Plaza Hotel in Urbandale in Iowa. However, the cause of the death has not yet been determined, although it is being speculated that he might have been killed by a drug overdose. The police have reported that investigations are still on, but that the actual cause of death would only be known after the toxicology tests are conducted, which might run into weeks. Nothing was found in the autopsy.
The news of the death of Paul Gray was not believed by the fans worldwide initially, who dismissed it as one of those rumors that circulate on the web every other day regarding the death of some celebrity. However, Slipknot confirmed the news in the press conference that was called on Tuesday. The members of the celebrated metal band appeared in the press conference looking rather different than usual, owing to the fact that they did not have their trademark masks on them.
The members of Slipknot deeply mourned the death of Paul Gray, the founder member of the band, emphasizing in the press conference that he was not only a great bassist, but that he was also great in the capacity of a friend and a human being. They called him the “essence of the band.” They were accompanied by the wife of the late Paul Gray, Brenna Gray, who is expecting the first child of the couple, due to be born in September.
