Feb 7, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Super Bowl XLV had te perfect dose of entertainment added to it with some mind-blowing performances by some of the top rock celebrities. Of the ones who graced the occasion with their jazz and superb performances were the rock band Black Eyed Peas, guitarist Slash,singers Usher and Christina Aguilera. While Christina Aguilera sang the national anthem for the annual event of the Super Bowl, the other rock artists made an appearance during the half time of the game giving the football fans a perfect refreshment.

While the Black Eyed Peas lead was taken by Fergie, guitarist Saul Hudson better known as Slash joined the former on the stage with their joint rendition of “Sweet Child Of Mine” to the beat of which audience grooved. Slash looked absolutely rocking in his black outfit teamed with the perfect headgear as he took to the stage setting it on fire with his outstanding performance. The whole Dallas Cowboys Stadium danced and hummed to the beat with the stars after they had witnessed the first half of the hard-hitting action between the Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh Steelers. It would certainly not be wrong to call the performance mainly one by the rock band, to which Slash and Usher added guest appearances.

After some thunderous combination from Slash and Fergie, it was time for R&B pop star Usher to usher on the stage. Audience saw Usher gliding down on the stage on a bungee cord and then taking the stage floor with his short but brilliant performance of the hit “OMG”. Himself grooving he also made the audience do the same with his performance.
