Skeet Ulrich: The New Face Of “Law And Order”

Los Angeles, July 8, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Having announced the start of yet another season of “Law and Order”, NBC is now on the lookout for actors to play the roles in their hit television drama series. The latest reports say that Skeet Ulrich of the “Jericho” fame is as of now the only actor who has been signed by NBC. Filming for the new season starts on the 22nd of this month.
Skeet Ulrich says that his role in “Law and Order” will be different from what he has portrayed on screen earlier. The 40 year old actor has been roped in to enact the role of an officer in the upcoming season of “Law and Order”. In fact his character is one of the most experienced in the legal team seen in “Law and Order”. Detective Rex Winters, his character, hails from the Marine. His experiences in the Rodney King Riots which occurred during his service as a Marine, has helped him to gather the experience which he will be shown as possessing. A parallel story in the new season of “Law and Order” shows Rex Winters married to his ex-girlfriend.
While “Jericho” is his rise to fame and the best part of his career, Skeet Ulrich was also seen in lesser known roles in the television sitcoms “As Good as it Gets” and “Scream”. Along with Skeet Ulrich, this season of “Law and Order” may also see the likes of Lucy Liu, James Van Der Beek, Michael Rapaport, Michael Ealy, Dylan Walsh and Dean Cain among others.
