Los Angeles, Nov 8 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Singer Lily Allen was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. The star recently suffered a miscarriage and it is reported that she was rushed to the hospital because of a condition called septicemia. The condition is used to describe blood poisoning.

The star recently lost her six month old pregnancy. Her publicist, Murray Chalmers revealed the miscarriage to Associated Press on Monday. He said that, “it is with great sadness that we have to confirm that Lily Allen and Sam Cooper have lost their baby”. It seems that was not all the misfortune that will hit the singer.

Daily Mail reported quoted a rep of the singer as saying “[Lily] is responding well to treatment and her condition continues to improve. Lily thanks everyone for their messages of support and again asks that she and partner Sam Cooper be left alone whilst she recovers”.

This however is not the time that the singer has miscarried. She had a similar experience in 2008. She lost the baby that she was carrying for Chemical Brothers musician, Ed Simon. It must be really difficult for the singer to lose two pregnancies. She was however thankful for the various supports that were extended to her during the period and hit her Twitter page with the words “I’m still very sick but the messages are helping me to be stronger. Thank you x x.”
