Singer Jewel Expecting Baby Boy With Husband Ty Murray

Jan 25, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The year 2011 is indeed going to be highly special for American singer-songwriter Jewel. The 36-year-old songstress who revealed earlier this month that she is all set to welcome her child this summer with rodeo champion husband Ty Murray, has now affirmed that the couple are going to be the proud parents of a baby boy. The pair who tied the knot in the month of August, 2008 are going to be parents for the very first time.
While talking to a reputed magazine, the ‘Stronger Woman’ singer revealed that she would have been happy either ways but they are all the more excited about the prospect of having a baby boy. Although the much-acclaimed singer claimed that she would have been equally excited to welcome a daughter, her rodeo champion husband seemed to be exhilarated about having a son. Ty Murray said that when he found out that his wife Jewel was expecting a baby boy, he was so excited that he danced on his way back home from the doctor’s office.
About three weeks ago, the pair made the announcement that they were gearing up to welcome their first child together. The “Til It Feels Like Cheating” singer said back then that she was really feeling lucky to be expecting while adding that she found it hard to keep her pregnancy a secret and she feared that with time she might end up throwing up on the sets! Sources say, Jewel realized that she was pregnant the same day, she started her stint on the reality show “Platinum Hit” which is scheduled to be aired on Bravo.
