Aug 17 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Fans everywhere have been speculating whether or not singing sensation Cheryl Cole would change back to her maiden name after her upcoming divorce from Ashley Cole, and become Cheryl Tweedy once again, but reports say she plans on keeping her married name.

According to ‘The Sun’, despite the imminent divorce from football player Ashley Cole, Cheryl will still keep her name, as she prepares to release her second solo album, entitles ‘3 Words’ and is doing so under the name ‘Cheryl Cole’. The report says that this is a sure sign that the singer is planning to keep her married name.

According to a source from the paper, “Cheryl has decided her married name will stay. She feels the most successful period of her career has been under the name Cole. She’s established in Europe. Going back to her maiden name Tweedy would be confusing.”

The source added, “It also shows she is bigger than Ashley and prepared to be grown up about a difficult time in her life. She is a fan of Tina Turner. Tina was divorced during her career but decided to stick with her married name because it was how she was best known.”
