Simon Monjack’s death similar to wife Brittany Murphy’s

Melbourne, July 22 (ANI): Filmmaker Simon Monjack, husband of late actress Brittany Murphy, died of the same causes as the actress.
The English filmmaker was found dead May 23 2010 in the same Hollywood home where Murphy died five months before.
The ‘Just Married’ star’s death on December 20, 2009 was ruled to be a result of pneumonia, iron deficiency and multiple drug intoxication, a Los Angeles County coroner spokesman said.
When asked what the cause of Monjack’s death, Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter told CNN: “Just like Brittany,” reports News.com.au.
Winter also confirmed that they found prescription medication in Monjack’s bloodstream but not in a dangerous quantity. (ANI)
