gh Mar 8 (Pen Men At Work): ‘Brittany Murphy Foundation’ was a charity established by the husband of Brittany Murphy, Simon Monjack, towards the closing stages of 2009, shortly after Brittany’s unexpected demise. Reportedly, the income from the foundation was going to be utilized in order to create more avenues for the proliferation of arts education and to produce arts education for boys and girls. The charity was set up by the widower, Simon Monjack, in honor of his deceased wife, Brittany Murphy, who was also an actress.

Supposedly, Simon Monjack has begun to return the cash that many individuals had donated to his charity. What has also been made public is that the charity had not been instituted by adopting lawful means. All the currency that the ordinary men and women had provided to the charity will be returned to them appropriately. In any case, Monjack has declared that the charity had generated an amount of $ 800, which he described as small. He even intended to host a charity social event for the initiation of the foundation last month, demanding $1,000 per ticket, but called off the bash at the end of the day. Monjack has vowed that he will execute suitable steps in the future in order to reestablish his charity lawfully. He plans to restore his charity legitimately through the Internal Revenue System (IRS) and the Californian province.

The IRS is the US government agency responsible for tax gathering and tax law enforcement. Monjack has also expressed that he desires to make use of $ 1 million from his own pouch.
