London, Apr 1 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Simon Cowell discovered Susan Boyle for the world, on the show ‘Britain’s Got Talent’. Till now she has reportedly being living off from an allowance by Simon Cowell, but times are about to change. She says that next year she would receive her payout ($24 million) from the worldwide sales of her album.

According to reports, her debut album ‘I Dreamed A Dream’ has sold more than 8.5 million copies across the world. Her birthday falls on the 1st of April, and when she turns 49 years next year, then she would get a huge payout from the sales of her album. “I’m no April fool - I’m going to be worth 16 million pounds next year,” said Susan Boyle. She is planning to buy herself a spanking new five-bedroom, three-bathroom riverside property in her hometown of Blackburn, which is located in West Lothian, Scotland.

Apparently because of her birthday falling on the April Fools Day, she bore the brunt of a lot of jokes in her childhood. “Susan was teased from a child because of her birth date and told she would never amount to much in her life. She can still remember the taunts as if they were yesterday. But she rang me last week and was so happy. She said, ‘Gerry, if people look at me now they’ll realize I’m no idiot, no fool. I can buy whatever I want.’ I felt so happy for her,“ her brother Gerry said.
