Simon Cowell to tie the knot in September
March 23rd, 2010 - 1:37 pm ICT by IANSLondon, March 23 (IANS) Media mogul Simon Cowell will tie the knot with his girlfriend Mezhgan Hussainy in September this year.
Cowell wants the wedding to be a very private affair, with only close family and friends present at the venue. The ceremony is likely to be near his mother’s home in East Sussex. But it will be followed by a blinging reception for his showbiz friends, reported mirror.co.uk
“With Simon’s hectic schedule there are only so many weeks in the year they can get married,” said a source.
“They felt the spring was too early to get things organised and Simon would be spending most of his time in America. So they pencilled in the weekend of September 11/12,” added the source.
However, there won’t be much of a honeymoon thanks to Cowell’s busy workload.
“It will be just before the live shows of ‘X Factor’ start up again so he’ll have to go back to work soon after,” revealed the source.
