London, March 22 (ANI): Simon Cowell and Mezhgan Hussainy are looking at a September date for their eagerly anticipated nuptials.

A source claims that the pair has its sights set on September 11.

“With Simon’s hectic schedule there are only so many weeks in the year they can get married,” the Mirror quoted the source as saying.

“They felt the spring was too early to get things organised and Simon would be spending most of his time in America with Idol. So they pencilled in the weekend of September 11/12,” the source added.

Cowell, 50, will wed the 36-year-old US make-up artist and former Afghani refugee with the help of his bevy of platonic exes.

Sinitta and Jackie St Claire have reportedly offered their services toward organizing a private ceremony.

“Jackie and Sinitta have taken it upon themselves to help out as wedding planners, coming up with loads of ideas for their big day,” the source said. (ANI)
