Simon Cowell is more famous than God and Queen, says survey
December 17th, 2008 - 11:45 am ICT by ANIWashington, Dec 17 (ANI): X Factor boss Simon Cowell is more popular than God and Queen Elizabeth II, says a new British survey, which asked more than 1,000 kids.
The kids, which were under the age of 10, were asked to name the individual they considered the biggest celebrity.
And the music mogul landed the top spot, reports Contactmusic.
Cowell rose from fifth place in last year’’s survey, beating the monarch from the top spot.
God was in second place.
The fourth annual survey also put good looks at the top of their list of the very best things in the world, for the first time.
Riches and fame came in second and third positions.
The nationwide research was carried out by Luton First, sponsors and organisers of the fourth annual National Kids” Day. (ANI)
