May 16, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Simon Cowell, the judge of popular reality TV show “American Idol” will soon be walking down the aisle with longtime girlfriend Mezhgan Hussainy. However contrary to previous reports which claimed that the judge had popped up the question of marriage on the sets of the television show itself, Simon Cowell says that he did not. The television biggie and the make-up artist had confirmed the news of their engagement back in the month of February this year after Simon Cowell had proposed marriage to Mezhgan Hussainy on Valentine’s Day.

With their wedding party touted to be one of the biggest events this year, the couple are very excited about the forthcoming date. Although any particular date has not been shared with the media, friends and close relatives of the couple say that the two will tie the knot very soon this year.

Some days ago there were reports making the rounds in the media that Simon Cowell, 50, is actually not comfortable with the idea of marriage and may end up not marrying at all. In fact a girl by the name of Sinitta, the TV producer’s former girlfriend had even reported that she is sure of the fact that he will finally not marry. At present though all such reports have been put to rest and the same friends can now see for themselves how happily the couple are looking forward to their marriage. If the latest reports are to be believed, Simon Cowell is undergoing a makeover in order to look as beautiful as his 36 year old fiance who by herself is as successful as he is.
