London, Dec 9 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Music mogul Simon Cowell will very much be part of the next panel of judges of the show Britain’s Got Talent. The X Factor US judge was a judge on the show and the executives of ITV have announced that he will return to the next season of the show.

The announcement was made by ITV chief executive Adam Crozier during the British Broadcast Press Guild on Wednesday. Cowell signed a three year deal with ITV last year and Crozier spoke about the contract.

Crozier told reporters that, “It was a very important deal for us in lots of different ways. BGT and X Factor are two of the best known and best loved shows but we had only ever had them on annual deals. It was important to put them on a longer-term footing.”

Cowell has been part of X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent for sometime but when he stepped aside to concentrate on the US version of the X Factor show, the two ITV shows suffered rating slumps.

In the past, personalities like Dannii Minogue, David Williams, Samantha Womack and Barbara Windsor were all linked to a judge position on the Britain’s Got Talent show.
