June 4, 2010 (Sampurn Wire):Jyoti is taking an interesting turn with every episode and this time it is sure create an interesting twist as the very charming Shilpa Agnihotri will be entering the show. Shilpa will be playing the character of Ritu who is a single mother.

We confirmed the news with Sneha Wagh (Jyoti) and she candidly said, “Yes, There’s a lot happening on the show. Shilpa Agnihotri has entered the show and she is going to inspire Jyoti a lot”. When quizzed about how Shilpa is bonding with her off screen she said “we jell really well, she inspires me off screen too. Shilpa is a wonderful human being and a great actress too”.

Jyoti will meet Ritu (Shilpa Saklani) who plays a single mother in the forthcoming episodes and inspire her to live an independent life.

We are sure Shilpa’s fans were missing her for a very long time and this will surely be like a breath of fresh air for them. We wish her all the very best!
