Jan 17, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Time unwinds itself as the new episode of “Undercover Boss” titled “Belfor” got aired last night on CBS, at 9:00p.m. People who watch the show regularly, must have an idea of what the show is all about. This is a reality show that brings the President or the CEOs of different companies in disguise to work with the entry level employees of the company. The same thing happened last night where Sheldon Yellen, the CEO of the world’s largest disaster restoration company, “Belfor” appeared on the show.

As the last night’s show kicked off, there was much speculation among the viewers as to whether the “Boss” would be able to take up the workload that is generally taken up by the lower level employees. This particular reality series affords the higher-level executives the opportunity to gain an insight into their company’s inner working patterns. This is a Michigan based company and its Chief Executive Officer, Sheldon Yellen has won the reputation for taking exceptional care of his employees. People who have watched the last night’s show have all given a good feedback of the show. In an interview, taken after the show, Sheldon Yellen said that his appearance on the show had helped him in appreciating the inner workings of his company and have also triggered better employee relationships.

Last night’s episode, “Belfor” showed how the head honcho tried to do all the laborious stuff with his inexperienced hands. The episode showed Sheldon Yellen interacting with the employees and listening patiently to their work experiences and how they work to improve the company’s business. On one occasion he also revealed himself while working alongside an employee. However, the “Belfor” episode of “Undercover Boss”, aired last night was a treat to the eyes of the viewers, as they got to see the ‘CEO’ working’ with the other employees.
