Sheen, Brooke agree on divorce settlement terms
February 11th, 2011 - 1:12 pm ICT by IANSLondon, Feb 11 (IANS) Actor Charlie Sheen and his estranged wife Brooke Mueller have finally agreed on the details for their divorce settlement.Sheen, who filed for divorce in November, has agreed to pay the real estate agent $55,000 a month for child support for their 22-month-old twins Bob and Max, a lump sum of $757,698.70 and $1 million for her share of the family home, which the “Two And A Half Men” star will keep.
According to the report, Brooke will get joint custody of the twins, though she will get primary physical custody.
Sheen has a 26-year-old daughter Cassandra from a previous relationship with Paula Profit, and Sam, 6, and Lola, 5, with ex-wife Denise Richards.
“Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola,” contactmusic.com quoted details of the settlement.
Sheen and Brooke, who married in 2000, have been estranged since a domestic incident on Christmas Day 2009.
The 45-year-old star is currently receiving rehab treatment at home after seeking help when he was taken to hospital following a 36-hour drink and drugs binge.
