Shayan Munshi signs second Bengali film
October 11th, 2009 - 5:43 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Oct 11 (IANS) After “Bong Connection”, model-turned-actor Shayan Munshi has signed his second Bengali film called “Ekta Tarar Khoje”.
“The film revolves around Shayan who comes to Kolkata from the outskirts of the city to fulfill his dreams,” said Avik Mukhopadhyay, the director of the film.
“The film doesn’t belong to any particular genre. It has thrill, romance and I have tried to show contemporary Kolkata,” added Mukhopadhyay.
Produced by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury who directed hit Bengali film “Anuranan”, “Ekta Tarar Khoje” also stars Arpita Chatterjee and Dhritiman Chatterjee.
Shayan was last seen in the critically acclaimed Hindi movie “Morning Walk”.
