September 24, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Kannada film director Shashank, who has offered three consecutive soft films like Moggina Manasu, Sixer and Krishnan Love Story, is now turning to commercial patterns with Vijay starrer Jarasandha. The director feels that he can get enough scope to put action and expression for Vijay in this film.

The director’s Krishnan Love Story has completed 100 days today. As of now, he has postponed the Sudeep starrer movie and is concentrating on Vijay’s film, which is going to be an action packed flick.

After completing this project with the mass hero Vijay, Shashank will start work on another commercial film with the stylist actor Sudeep.

Producer Uday K Mehtha, who produced Shashank’s Krishnan Love Story, will also be producing his next film Jarasandha. The producer was quoted saying that it is a “Mass and Class’ movie and it gives a new angle to actor Vijay, who has not tried different after Dhuniya.

Actor Vijay was also reportedly impressed with the narration of director Shashank. The actor is already done with the shooting of his other films titled Veera Bahu and Kanteerava. Kari Chirathe, the recent release of Vijay did average business at the Box Office.
