Shannen Doherty marries Kurt Iswarienko
October 17th, 2011 - 9:30 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattMalibu, Oct 17 (THAINDIAN NEWS) About 170 people graced the occasion when “Beverly Hills, 90210” star Shannen Doherty and partner Kurt Iswarienko tied the knot at a private ceremony in Malibu, California. The event which took place on Saturday will be shown on the season finale of Doherty’s show “Shannen Says.”
This is the third time that 40-year-old will be walking down the aisle with a man. She was previously married to Ashley Hamilton in 1994 and Rick Salomon in 2003. None of the marriages lasted up to a year but Doherty believes she has the experience now to make this relationship work.
In a previous interview, she indicated that she will be careful before tying the knot with another man. She was quoted as saying that, “I would consider getting married again because I want kids. That’s why I would do it…You have to be 100 per cent sure. You have to go in with your eyes wide open and realize that it’s probably going to take a lot of work and maybe some couples’ therapy perhaps.”
Guests to the wedding were given specially-made invitation cards which had the pictures of the newly-wed couple smiling. The wedding will be shown in January on WEtv network during the season finale of Doherty’s reality show.
