Shankar Banking On ‘Anantha Purathu Veedu’

June 25, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): A moment for Shankar to decide - DO or QUIT. Shankar’s ballyhoos for his previous films have just proved its dichotomy. Sometimes he has basked in joyful ambiance and at par with his downfalls. Doubtless to say: the filmmaker-producer in a deplorable situation with his previous production Rettai Suzhi. The results have eventually overpowered him and his only hopes now rest on Ananthapurathu Veedu.
Launching music in grandeur has been now perceived as foolishness by Shankar who dropped his plans about releasing the ‘APV’ album… It is a good idea to empty one’s pockets into those arenas that will bring back profits, isn’t it?
His fate as a producer is likely to get confirmed within the first 10 days of July as APV is scheduled for release on any of these Fridays.
