The actress who rose to fame with the show “Yeh Meri Life Hai’ had been out of limelight since long. But now the gorgeous lass, Shama Sikandar returns to television with Yash Raj Televisions “Seven’ where she will essay an important role.

Shama was last seen on Colors in a dance reality show called “Dancing Queen’ which was judged by Hema Malini. “The actress is making a comeback with the fiction show “Seven’ on Sony. She is playing the lead in the show and it’s really good to see her back on the sets,” says our source.

Elaborating more on her character in the show our source adds, “Her character name is Shunya who is an orphan and brought up by a doctor. She has been given a task to look out for people who have special powers and train them.”

“The actress is keeping it mum about her role in the show as she does not want the media to hound her about her return to the small screen. She has been giving different reasons about why she is not talking about her venture. Sometimes she says she’s superstitious, or else the production house has told her to keep mum etc,” concludes the source.

We tried contacting Shama for comments but the actress seems to be too busy as she disconnected the call without hearing us. The star cast of “Seven’ also includes Kashmira Irani (AmberDhara fame), Himanshu Malhotra, Shivam Sood and many others.
