Shakira’s relationship with beau over

London, Jan 11(IANS) Pop singer Shakira has revealed she parted ways with her political advisor boyfriend of 11 years, Antonio de la Rua, in August 2010.The Columbian-born singer and her Argentinean boyfriend parted ways last August, but decided to keep the news private until now, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
In a joint statement on Shakira’s website, she said: “During our almost 11 years together we have loved each other deeply, taken care of each other and stood by one another.”
“They have been the most wonderful years of our lives, and thanks to that love and the respect that we share for one another we have been an exceptional couple and partners,” she added.
