Washington, Dec 10 (ANI): Colombian singer Shakira has revealed that there are times when the songs she write cannot be explained, as she chooses the lyrics only because they rhyme.

Shakira, 32, who had in the song ‘She Wolf’ written the lines, “I’m starting to feel just a little abused like a coffee machine in an office”, admits that explaining the meanings behind the words does not come easy.

“It’s hard to explain my lyrics because sometimes I just write things because they rhyme,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling the Daily Telegraph newspaper.

“I found this metaphor, and I thought it made a lot of sense. A coffee machine in an office has everybody’s fingerprints on it. Sometimes I feel like that,” she added. (ANI)
