‘Shakespeare In Love’ to become play
October 23rd, 2011 - 2:11 pm ICT by IANSLondon, Oct 23 (IANS) British playwright Tom Stoppard has teamed up with Disney studio bosses to adapt his Oscar-winning 1998 romantic comedy “Shakespeare in Love” script into a play.
Stoppard, who shared the best screenplay Oscar award with Marc Norman for “Shakespeare In Love”, will revamp the screenplay for the stage, reports Variety magazine.
No dates and casting details have been announced.
