New Delhi, Nov 2 (IANS) Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was in Rome for the red carpet of his movie “My Name Is Khan” and says he loved the experience.
“Had a wonderful reception at the Rome red carpet for ‘…Khan’! (It’s) fantastic to feel Roman love with my son in tow. Now to Trevi Fountain. Berlin, London, Mumbai, Rome and back to Berlin, two days flat,” Shah Rukh posted on his Twitter page.
The 44-year-old, however, missed his close friend, Karan Johar, who directed the film.
“Poor Karan couldn’t make it, down with malaria… he would have really felt proud about ‘…Khan’. Missing having him here… he would love Rome,” he added.
Shah Rukh, who has been busy shooting for “Don 2″ in Berlin, complained about constant travelling.
“I feel like I was born on a plane. I know the films by heart and the airhostesses by their first names.”

Farah Khan opens doors for reality show contestants
Bollywood director Farah Khan has chosen four talents from TV reality shows to be part of her next directorial venture “Tees Maar Khan”.
While she picked Zee TV’s “Dance India Dance 2″ (DID 2) contestant Dharmesh to choreograph an item number in the film, she also roped in DID 2 winner Shakti Anand to feature in the song.
Kamal Khan, a singer from music reality show “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Singing Superstar” got an offer from his mentors, music composers Vishal-Shekar, to debut as a singer in “Tees Maar Khan”. The song is a qawalli that features Bollywood star Salman Khan.
Farah, who has earlier made films like “Main Hoon Na” and “Om Shanti Om”, jokingly said: “My film ‘Tees Maar Khan’ now looks like it’s filled with Zee TV talents. I’m privileged to be able to give them all a break.”
Former “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa” contestant Raja Hassan has also given playback for the same film.
“Tees Maar Khan” features Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar in lead roles. It is slated for a December release.
