Mumbai, July 5 (IANS) Actress and activist Shabana Azmi, who was admitted to Jaslok hospital after she complained of pain below her left ear, will be discharged from hospital in two days, says husband Javed Akhtar.
“She was suffering from acute pain under her left ear. Now she is all right. She is in the hospital. They have controlled the pain, but she still has fever because of the pain. I think by today or tomorrow she will be discharged,” Akhtar told IANS.

The the 54-year-old was admitted Wednesday.

Explaining the problem, Akhtar said: “What happens sometime the blood vessels and nerve come too near. The blood vessel that is throbbing, it pulsates almost 70 times a minute, starts hitting the nerves and that disturbs.”
