August 31, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): This festive season, fashion designer Anita Dongre would be presenting an exhilarating collection of new Autumn - Winter. Each and every garment presented in this collection would be made from 100% Shop for Change Fair Trade certified cotton fabric.
This collection would contain everything from tunics to tops and dresses. The collection would also have several kinds of shirts for the customers to choose from. This whole collection is made available in lively colors and people can select from purple, deep red, ink - blue and even black. This lively and chic collection is made by using cotton georgette fabric and is attuned to the chic mindset of the young Indians.
The exquisite new collection has been created using delicate embroidery and a variety of embellishments, it’s now available at all AND outlets spread over India. The collection can also be found at some selected Pantaloon, Shoppers Stop, Central and Lifestyle locations.
After a very triumphant and extensively appreciated spring – summer Shop for Change certified collection, Anita Dongre has gone ahead and launched another range of clothing that was made entirely from Shop for Change, certified cotton as supplied by the farmers from from Chetna Organic Agriculture Producer Company.
Commenting on the sustained partnership, Anita Dongre said that she’s thrilled to launch her second Change shop after the first one got immense appreciation from the people.
