There’s loads of fun and action to watch out for this week in L’il Champs. Not only it’s the wild card entry episode but also our lil anchor Dhairya Sonecha and guest Judge Suresh Wadekar’s birthday celebrations.

If Afsha got Vada pav cake on her birthday, Dhairya had reason to rejoice as well. He got ‘ Chashme wala cake’… And for once little Afsha decided not to fight with his co- anchor Dhairya.

The wild card entrants were selected by the selection panel – Suresh Wadkar and Jatin Pandit. These are the same people who had selected the kids during the final auditions. Amongst the eliminated contestants, Hemant Brijwasi from Mathura and Priyanka Mallya got a second chance. Hemant’s elimination had not gone down very well with audiences and he had to be given a second chance.

With such a large pool of talent we hope that judges are able to do justice!

Priyanka Mallya gets a Mentor

After receiving a lot of flak from her community, Priyanka Mallya from Bikaner, Rajasthan finally has one reason to rejoice.

Our judge and mentor Abhijeet da has pledged to support Priyanka and help build her career in singing as well as sponsor her education.

Abhijeet da said, “ I have got humongous response from friends and fans and all of them believe Priyanka has tremendous potential. She just needs to be guided well. If her parents I agree I’ll help her achieve her dream. She can join my music academy.

For the uninitiated, Priyanka belongs to a very conservative and orthodox community in Bikaner where girls are not exposed to the outside world at all. They are married off at a very young age and are denied education as well. Priyanka had received a lot of condemnation from her community for participating in a reality show and was almost ostracized. It was only with the help and support of her uncle that she reached this far…
